How can I schedule a tour to see the Swan Coach House?
Facility Tours are offered Monday – Saturday 9:00-4:00. Appointments welcome.
Can I host my ceremony at the Swan Coach House?
Yes, as long as you are also hosting your Reception with us as well. Our ceremony space is an outdoor space where we can accommodate up to 200 guests. Tenting is recommended in case of inclement weather. Tent decisions would need to be made 2 weeks before your event.
Is there a Ceremony Fee?
The Ceremony fee is $600.00 and includes:
- Rehearsal time the day before your wedding
- Ability to arrive two hours prior to your Ceremony to relax and dress in a private
bridal room, as well as time for pictures
- Arrangement for ceremony rental chairs to be set up and then broken down
so ceremony location may be transformed into reception site.
- On site event coordinator to be the liaison with your vendors
What time can outside vendors arrive on my wedding day?
Outside vendors can arrive any time after 4:00 on the day of your event.
Is there a fee to rent the Swan Coach House and what does it include?
Yes, the fee to rent the Swan Coach House varies depending on the date and time of your event. Please contact the office for more information.
Rental Fee Includes:
- Privilege to be the sole event on that particular date and have full use of our facility
which is 3 levels and a back garden
- Tables, Chairs, Glassware, Flatware and China for your event
- Votive candles and vases of fresh roses are included as well
- Staff to set up & break down your event
Does the Swan Coach House offer full service caterers?
Yes, we offer full culinary service and require that you use our food & beverage service when hosting an event with us.
Will there be an opportunity to taste your food?
Yes, we have a Group Tasting twice a year where we will showcase select items from our menu, but a private tasting may also be arranged through our event coordinator.
How many guests can the Swan Coach House accommodate?
The Swan Coach House can accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony and buffet reception. We can accommodate 150 guests for a seated dinner in our Belle Nita Room and Garden Area.
How many hours will I have for my reception?
Reception times are based on a 3-hour time frame starting at 6:00 p.m. Additional time may be purchased at an hourly rate.
How do I reserve the Swan Coach House for my wedding?
The Facility can be reserved with a signed contract and the payment of the facility rental fee. This can be done in person or arranged by fax or email
What types of payment options are available?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cash or Check.
Once I reserve the facility, when will the next payment be due?
The next payment is due 60 days before your event. This payment would be for half of the estimated food & beverage cost. Final guest count and final payment are due 14 days before your event.
