For receptions, the historic Swan Coach House can accommodate a up to 200 people. Receptions are held on the third floor in a series of handsomely decorated rooms or on the newly renovated BelleNita room that opens onto a gracefully landscaped garden. Seated dinners can accommodate a maximum of 85 guests in the main dining room.

Fees Not Included in Menu Pricing

Functions can begin no earlier than 5:30 p.m. and no later than 8:00 p.m., ending no later than 11:00 p.m. The standard time allowed for evening functions is 3 hours. Additional time is charged in increments of no less than one hour at $500.00 per additional hour for site rental and $5.00 per person on the bar charge. The site rental fee includes the facility, set-up, breakdown, clean up, maintenance and insurance of the building. Existing tables, chairs, custom linen, votive candle lights are also included in the site rental fee.

** Any date will be reserved upon receipt of a non-refundable $1500.00 security deposit and a signed contract.

Taxes and Service Charges

A 20% service charge, a 8% sales tax and a 3% mixed drink tax will be added to food and bar costs. It is a Georgia state law that a specified gratuity percentage be taxed as well.

Beverage Services

$15.50 Per Person:

This package was designed for the customer who wants to offer their guests wine and beer service and a full selection of soft drinks.

The wine selections include a Merlot, Chardonnay and a White Zinfandel. Miller Lite, Amstel Lite and Heineken are served in pilsner glasses at the bar.

$18.50 Per Person:

This package was created for our most discriminating customer and includes unlimited premium brand liquors, imported wines as well as domestic and imported beers.

Vodka, Gin, Scotch, Bourbon and Rum are complimented with full mixers and soft drinks. Served in fine glassware and made to order. Please note that there is an additional 3% charge for Liquor Tax on this package in addition to the 8% state sales tax.

Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a $1500.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will be deducted from your bill. A written contract will outline the terms and conditions of the event.
