Daytime Events
Daytime event pricing is comprised of a room rental fee + food and beverage minimum. Pricing below is for a daytime event, Tuesday-Sunday at 10:30-12:30 or 1:30-3:30.
An additional hour is available for afternoon events, at a rate of $300 per hour.

Sally’s Porch
An enclosed porch on the upper floor with a beautiful overlook of the front entrance of the house.
Capacity: 20 people at 4 round tables.

A beloved room on the upper floor with neutral colors and charming wall paper.
Capacity: 22 people at a T-shaped estate table.

Katydid Room and Patio
A bright room on the upper floor with floor-to-ceiling windows and a private patio.
Capacity: 40 people at 5 round tables.
Daytime Room Rental/Deposit: $500
Daytime Food and Beverage Minimum: $800++
BelleNita Room and Terrace
A larger room on the ground level, surrounded on two sides by French doors leading out to a spacious terrace and garden. Features a built-in bar and A/V capability.
Capacity: 55 people at 6 round tables, or up to 125 with the outdoor space (tent rental recommended).
